Päästejuhi töö eesmärk on juhtida päästetööd, kaitsta inimeste tervist, elu, vara ja keskkonda ning teha koostööd isikute ja ametkondadega õnnetuste korral. Päästejuht tõstab elanikkonna teadlikkust turvalise keskkonna loomiseks ja hoidmiseks. Päästejuht koordineerib ja kontrollib päästemeeskondade tööd päästepiirkonnas, võtab päästesündmusel vastu otsuseid ja annab korraldusi päästemeeskondadele ja teistele päästesündmusele kaasatud asutustele ja isikutele. Päästejuht korraldab keerukate ja ulatuslike päästesündmuse lahendamist. Päästejuhile alluvad operatiivteenistuslikult päästemeeskondade juhid ja teised päästesündmusele kaasatud asutused ja isikud. Lisaks päästejuht, tase 6-le on ka päästja, tase 4 ja päästemeeskonna juht, tase 5 kutsed. Päästja ülesandeks on päästetöö tegemine meeskonna liikmena. Päästemeeskonna juht koordineerib päästemeeskonna tööd, võtab vastu otsuseid ja annab korraldusi meeskonnale ning teistele päästesündmusele kaasatud asutustele ja isikutele.

Ämmaemand on tervishoiuspetsialist, kes juhendab, jälgib, nõustab ja toetab naisi raseduse ja sünnituse ajal, sünnitusjärgsel perioodil ning reproduktiivtervise küsimuste ja günekoloogiliste probleemide lahendamisel elukaare erinevatel etappidel. Ta jälgib rasedusi ja juhib sünnitusi omal vastutusel, hooldab ja jälgib vastsündinuid ning imikuid. Ämmaemand osaleb tervisekasvatuses ja pereplaneerimises üksikisiku, perekonna ja ühiskonna tasandil. Ämmaemand korraldab ämmaemandustegevust koostöös siht- ja sidusrühmadega. Ämmaemand täiendab elukestva õppe põhimõttest lähtudes oma teadmisi ja oskusi, osaledes kutsealastel täiendkoolitustel, edendades seeläbi isiklikku karjääri ja elukvaliteeti. Toitumisnõustaja nõustab klienti, lähtudes tõenduspõhistest Eestis kehtivatest toidu-, toitumis- ja liikumissoovitustest ning toitumist puudutavatest ravi- ja tegevusjuhenditest tervise hoidmiseks, edendamiseks ja haiguste ennetamiseks. Toitumisnõustaja selgitab välja toitumuslikud probleemid, lähtudes omandatud teadmistest toidu ja toitumise mõjust inimese tervisele, sh haiguste tekkele. Ta abistab klienti toitumisteabes orienteerumisel, kliendile sobivate valikute tegemisel, individuaalse tasakaalustatud menüü koostamisel ning füüsilise aktiivsuse korrigeerimisel. Kaasuvate haiguste puhul võib toitumisnõustaja nõustada haigeid koostöös vastava spetsialistiga ainult tasakaalustatud toitumise osas, kuid ei määra haiguspuhuseid või piirangutega dieete. Toitumisnõustaja mõistab koostöö tähtsust teiste erialade esindajate ning kliendivõrgustiku liikmetega. Ta võib kliendigruppidele korraldada praktilisi töötubasid ja loenguid. Toitumisnõustaja täiendab ennast pidevalt ja rakendab tõenduspõhiseid teadmisi praktikas.

{iStudents registering for the course shall be required to indicate their choice of a second Main Area of study to be taken with Theology at the time of applying for admission. Students for the Theology and Human Studies degree shall be required to register and obtain credits for study-units to which a total of not less than 180 ECTS credits are assigned, of which not less than 94 ECTS credits shall be obtained from the Theology programme of study, not less than 80 ECTS credits from the programme of study of the second Main Ordinary area of study and 6 ECTS credits in optional study-units.i} The Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Human Studies programme meets a variety of educational needs through the combination of Theology with a number of areas of humanistic studies. It provides a good base for students wishing to qualify as teachers of Religion at secondary school level (after pursuing studies in a teacher training course). It is also intended for students who would like to prepare for church or community related work, including work in religious tourism, through the combination of Theology with Sociology, Psychology, Communication Studies, Philosophy, History or a language subject.
