Test d) Situational judgement test

General Instructions:

This test is designed to provide information on your typical behaviour within work situations.

In this test you will be presented with 20 scenarios, each followed by a series of 4 statements. The scenarios describe situations which you could experience at work. Your task is to consider the situation and then choose which of the 4 statements would be the most effective response or action to take AND which would be the least effective response or action to take.

You have minutes to complete this test. Please note that the test does not aim to assess the speed at which items are completed within a fixed period of time.

For each series of four statements relating to a text passage, choose one statement to indicate the most effective response and choose one statement to indicate the least effective response.

To indicate both of your replies to each situation, use the mouse to left-click the Most effective and the Least effective boxes (one at a time) and drag them while still holding the left mouse button to the target panel place here next to the answer you consider to be appropriate and then just release the left-button of the mouse to place the box (this is the so called 'drag-and-drop' function).
