The Digital Training Services (DTS) and the Technology team work together in DG HR.B3 to empower staff of the European Commission to achieve a digital transformation. DTS offers and organises end-user and IT specialist training for all staff members of the European Commission, Agencies and Other Institutions, offering different learning formats to suit different learning styles.

The learn.IT team within the Professional Training Unit of DG PERS is responsible for organising IT courses for end users and IT specialists, as well as Project Management and Business Analysis courses for the staff of the European Parliament. The mode of delivery varies from classroom sessions, tailor-made and off-the-shelf eLearning on our new platform learn.ONLINE to attendance at conferences and public sessions of courses organised by external providers.
