
Pierfrancesco Sabbatucci
Advisor to the Director-General for Innovation and Technological Support (DG ITEC)
Pierfrancesco Sabbatucci is the Advisor to the Director-General for Innovation and Technological Support (DGITEC) since October 2012.
Amongst the different responsibilities he is also in charge of leasing on ICT matters with the Cabinets of the President, the Vice-President and the Secretary General of the European Parliament.
Pierfrancesco Sabbatucci joined the European Parliament in January 2004. Since then he has held a number of positions, including Administrator in DG Communication (2004-2011) and deputy to the Head of the Protocol (2011-2012).
Prior to joining Parliament administration, Pierfrancesco Sabbatucci worked as Parliamentary assistant for a Member of the European Parliament.
He graduated in 2002 from the University of Kent, obtaining a Bachelor degree in Politics and International Relations and a Master of Arts in European Studies.
