There is a lot of confusion about what user experience is and what it encompasses. In this workshop you will discover that user experience is much more than a designers job. That everybody can affect the experience of citizens no matter their role.
UX consultant Paul Boag will introduce you to ways you can better understand our users. He will also teach you how to identify the problem areas in the users experience.
By the end of the session you will be ready to start undertaking user research. Ready to start improving the user's experience.
