The European Climate Pact is a movement of people united around a common cause, each taking steps to build a more sustainable Europe for us all. Launched by the European Commission, the Climate Pact is part of the European Green Deal and is helping the EU to meet its goal to be the first climate-neutral continent in the world by 2050.
The European Climate Pact Ambassadors are people passionate about climate action and making change happen. You can also become an Ambassador and inform, inspire and support climate action in your communities and networks. For inspiration, read the stories of our ambassadors.

The European Commission, with its 32,000 staff and offices in each EU country, is leading by example and marking Earth Day 2022 with a Climate Pact pledge to become climate neutral by 2030. This involves achieving ambitious but realistic goals, including making buildings more energy efficient, being smarter about work-related travel and making IT infrastructure greener.
