In this session the delegations from Dominican Republic, Kenya, Afghanistan and India reflected on the following questions:  what are the most relevant political dimensions of decentralisation in your country?  on what type of analysis did you base your intervention strategy and select entry points? Panelists also shared their experience in policy dialogue.
