Reaching resilience. Handbook 2.0 for aid practitioners and policymakers

This handbook insists on the importance to integrate disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation and poverty reduction to implement actions and strategies to foster resilience at the local level. This handbook develops an approach to resilience that consists in 8 key points, each of them detailed in several concrete action points. The Reaching Resilience handbook is part of the RESILIENCE toolkit that has been developed by CARE Netherlands, Wageningen University and Groupe URD with support from EuropeAid.
