Growing greener cities in Africa

This document is the first study report on urban and peri-urban horticulture in Africa. Based on an Africa-wide survey and on country case studies, the first part provides an overview of the current situation in the African continent. The second part offers a series of 22 country profiles that detail the key points of urban and peri-urban horticulture and elaborates some recommendations for each country.
