I have tried to download the executive summary in English, French and Spanish - but the downloaded documents include only the cover page, no text. Could you upload the correct versions? Thanks in advance, Catherine

Eventually, the 4 documents are attached to the article (the images were meant as illustrations, sorry if misleading).

The problem has not been solved - at this stage the "download" links still give access to the cover pages only, not the text of the executive summaries.
