Propose scenarios/options supporting the decisions making process
Draft analytical papers, develop guidelines and offer solutions to support the successful implementation of the project
Produce the deliverables and perform the tasks in accordance to the HR modernisation project plan
Support the definition of the new HR roles, tasks and responsibilities and contribute to the identification of process improvements and simplifications
Perform analysis of HR processes and structures, using BPR techniques, in order to examine and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and organisational structures
