Hi,

I am looking for any information that could lead to a grant, financing, or any aid to resolve the water shortage problem in a small region in Western Ukraine. All assessments and research have been already done. We (local government) have all necessary documentation about available sources of artesian water as well as the technical documentation about building critically needed water facility and water/sewer system
