i'm working as a Project Manager –Social Protection with much focus on the operational side of our programs. i'm is in charge of the ECHO funded Protection Monitoring and Basic Needs project and of ensuring all activities and monitoring include protection and gender principles. i'm also in charge of the analysis of protection trends developing in the areas of intervention, including recommendation and implementation steps to address them in the most appropriate way.
