Robert Obetia

Robert is a Civil Engineer with professional experience of 17 years realised mainly in Africa, Asia and South Pacific. Specialised in road infrastructure where he has engaged in all phases like their planning, design, construction, contract management, maintenance and capacity building activities. He has developed a high insight and potential in application of appropriate labour-based and alternative technologies as well as community contract procedures. He is familiar with institutional methods of governments and development partners, as well as operations of public and private sectors in infrastructure works.
