I graduated in political and economic sciences from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. In 2001, I founded a software development company and focused on Government and ICT. As a solution architect, i have 12 years of E-government solution building and implementation experience. After the Arab Sping started in 2011, I have also build CSO solutions in the space of participative constitutional drafting. I am today working actively on empowering CSO organisations as part of the governance process of a state, alongside market players. I currently work with CSO and governments from different parts of the world I love to ski, shoot arrows, listen to music and laugh with friends when i am not busy writing my book on "positive democracy and structured chaos, a guide for CSOs in the 21st century)
