I am a Mosotho Man almost at the age of 40 years who has served the World Food Programme in the last 14 years working with emergency and disaster risk reduction operations. I have a strong passion in community development activities to address root causes of development challenges with engagement of communities in identification of appropriate solutions. I believe in partnership and concerted efforts by development partners, donors bodies, private sectors, academia and communities to the development of sustainable assets and skills that could improve and diversify livelihood system.
