I am a Program Manager.
My 12 years in Management has led me to specialize increasingly in the management of development projects and Human, Financial and Material Resources, with focus on Operational Excellence. I have experience in strategic forward-planning; operating within the strict financial discipline imposed by donors like the EC, DFID, Global Fund, etc, (I have managed grant and Sponsorship budgets of up $1,000,000 per anum); adherence to deadlines; crisis management where necessary; and the application of modern leadership methods (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting. I am an integrator with ability to channel the efforts of people from different backgrounds and varying qualifications towards the achievement of a common team objective as well as integrating different projects to achieve a program goal.
