I am a development professional currently working as Coordinator, Gender, Equity and Diversity at CARE Bangladesh.My experience has provided me with extensive gender mainstreaming tools, whether in research, advocacy or project implementation. My current position as a coordinator has provided me the tools to lead and coordinate a team to actively engage in the prevention of violence against women and children. Through this role, I have developed and incorporated gender-based M&E tools as well as collaborated with the Country Director and Management teams to establish and roll out beneficiary accountability mechanisms. I have gained high level facilitation and training skills in multi-stakeholder environment, as well as wide experience in facilitating partnership with government organisations, NGO and civil society.
