I am currently studying for a Masters in Global Governance and Public Policy at The Middlesex University in London. This will enable me to apply my wide breadth of experience in an academic setting and expand my skills when I return to the field and into management.
My background is in humanitarian relief and development with a wide range of experience in programs management, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. I have worked for: World Vision International/Ethiopia, Tear fund International/UK , Danish Red Cross and Maternity Worldwide Denmark. With over 12 years experience, of which 8 years has been in responsible leadership positions.
I have a strong track record in project management in the areas of: food security, health, HIV and AIDS, Child development and Disaster Management financed by various institutional and multilateral donors such as DANIDA, USAID, ECHO, CIDA, AUSAID, UNICEF, and World Bank. I am a certified USAID Grants Manager.
