I have 14 years experience in management of field programs in both Government and NGO setup, specialized in sustainable community development and rural livelihoods focused on small enterprise, rural micro-financing and others are food security, agriculture, environment and natural resource management, development and HIV/AIDS, education, health, capacity building, and water and environmental sanitation. I have hands on analytical skills and experience in policy analysis, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation of development projects and programs. I have also gained special skills and training in Participatory Development Methods, use of Logical Framework Approach and Result Framework. I have a good understanding of government development policies and strategies for poverty reduction.
