I am in charge of the project emergency.lu which encompasses a mobile, satellite-based telecommunication system, as well as a telemedecine platform (SATMED), the development of various mobile applications and tools (UNDAC Mission Software, UNHCR Site-planning App, UNHCR Emergency Resource, etc.). In collaboration with WFP/ETC, Luxembourg will lauch an open-source development community for humanitarian applications in 2015.
