I have more than 30 years of broad professional experience gained in Denmark, Africa (particularly in West Africa) and Latin America formulating, managing and implementing development projects and programs, at both pre-investment and execution stages.
The management of projects and programs has been particularly oriented within the sectors of water supply and sanitation in rural and semi urban areas, infrastructures in low income settlements of urban areas, good governance, institutional building at local/ regional and national level, as well decentralization process and local development (municipal management and development planning, policy formulation, and capacity building).
