I hold a PhD in Water Resources Engineering 1983) and an MSc in Civil Engineering majoring in Hydraulic Structures (1978) both from Patrice Lumumba Friendship University, Moscow. I am a Ghanaian citizen and been resident in Italy since January 1984. I am the scientific coordinator of the Water Resources Research and Documentation Centre of the University for Foreigners of Perugia, Italy.
