I was born at Maridi county of Western Equatoria State in South Sudan on 19th April 1984, and completed my secondary school in 2004, I went to college in 2008 and graduated with diploma of procurement and logistics management from Institute of management studies in 2009.
I stand for (SIN Project) which I have dedicated my time to making it work to promote sustainable development and that is social investment networking project; which I describe in terms of a scenario between a Bank, Insurance company, Retail company and Farmer facilitated by Civil society organization/Nongovernmental organization. for instance, Bank gives loan, Insurance company insure the farmers' farm against damage and drought, the Farmer cultivates and the Retail company buys, - The farmer repays the loan and use profit to keep on cultivating. By the end of time the farmer is empowered, the Bank has a powerful customer and revenue from bank charges increases, the Insurance company has strong customer insurance value increases, the Retail company has enough supply to retail hence profit increase.
This is a project that benefits all stakeholders; community benefits from availability of farm produce, strong banking institution, retail and insurance company, and finally improved standard of living. The rich citizens means rich government. Structural poverty is the root cause of instability in Africa as people strive to have leadership position to gain wealth through dubious ways and once they get that wealth they want to remain in power and inherit the leadership to protect the stolen wealth that is why most of the elites who were leaders during the independence in Africa want to maintain leadership among themselves by rotating it among the elites families and since they steal they are extremely rich to overcome politically as they are cable of buying votes and loyalty.
