I am a senior associate/strategist for Gender at Work and an independent consultant with three decades of experience in facilitating strategic planning, organizational change, capacity development and resource mobilization. I was Deputy Executive Director of the United Nations Development Fund for women (UNIFEM, now part of UN Women) and have worked with multilateral, private foundation and civil society organizations on women's rights issues for more than 30 years.
