A water engineer with more than 20 years of experience in civil service, academia and research. Have done externsive research and consultancy in the southern Africa region and have published several articles in scientific journals. Currently lecturing in the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Zimbabwe. Main areas of interest are integrated water resources management, hydrology and climate change research.
