
Heinz Greijn
I am a practitioner in capacity development support with more than twenty years experience as project manager and adviser on issues pertaining to project cycle management, capacity development, organisational learning, governance, poverty reduction and conducting evaluations. I have worked in diverse projects in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Yemen and Zambia among other countries. I work part-time for Maastricht University Centre for International Cooperation in Academic Development (MUNDO) as a manager of projects that focus capacity development of higher education institutes, mainly in Africa. I am co-founder of Learning for Development (L4D), a Maastricht-based consultancy, and Chief editor of Capacity.org a leading journal on capacity development published by the Netherlands Development Organisation (SNV), UN Development Programme (UNDP), European Centre for Development Policy Management (ECDPM),the Interchurch Organisation for Development Co-operation (ICCO) the Society for Participatory Research in Asia - PRIA, and the Community Development Resource Association (CDRA) based in South Africa.
