Good knowledge of systems analysis/functional review programmes & PCM/LFA practices , strategy development, EU reporting practices and M & E standards, use new approaches in aid delivery (SWAP, BS, SPSP) and design/use of ICT systems in development work.
• Good knowledge aid effectiveness concepts and practices (Harmonization, Paris Declaration, Accra Agenda and Busan Forum Results) aid programming, delivery and M & E mechanisms and OECD DAC statistical tools.
• Demonstrated interpersonal team building skills gained from more than ten TL/senior expert positions in TA projects/private sector work with personal tact and ability to motivate people coming from different cultures.
• Good knowledge of Eastern European/Asian/Middle East socio-economic settings, religions and cultures, fluency in English and Russian languages with understanding development work limitations as well.
