Dr Nisabwe Florence, PhD in Economics of Development and Entrepreneurship, is an independent expert and consultant in development strategies, project management and good governance. With an extensive experience in development studies and entrepreneurship, she has conducted researches in Africa continent on issues related to gender mainstreaming, entrepreneurship and human rights from an economic perspective. She is currently de President and CEO of Lance D’ Afrique Internationale, an organization based in Belgium, wich focuses on women empowerment in Africa through Education and Leadership. She is also a public speaker, coach in leadership and entrepreneurship and focuses on women's entrepreneurship.
Author of 5 books and has supervised many master students and co supervised two PhD students
She is passionate about entrepreneurship, Women Leadership women's economic empowerment and community development.
