I am a Physician with Specialisation in Internal Medicine. I am currently the Nutritional and Health Coordinator for The Association of Volunteers in International Service (AVSI) in Haiti. Since completion of my medical degree from the University of San Raffaele Scientific Hospital (Milan, Italy), I gained expert knowledge and experience in public health and epidemiology. I have been responsible for the management and delivery of public health programs that involve teaching and the coordination of health services in diverse, resource limited populations including Uganda and the Congo on behalf of national government organizations such as the Italian Association for Solidarity among People (AISPO). Since 2011 I am in Haiti with my family> I am  the  project manager of the Nutrition Program Dep.Sud, Les Cayes in Haiti and the site Manager of the University of Milano for the International Centre for the Assessment of Nutritional Status (ICANS); I am  responsible for research in developing new approaches for infant and young feeding in Haiti.
