
Elizabeth Painter
Elizabeth Painter has worked in international development project management and new business for more than eight years. At Crown Agents she provides technical and managerial support for the State Department’s Technical and Advisory Services for Program Evaluation Requirements (TASPER) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and is involved from proposal through implementation. She also provides support for the USAID Agribusiness and Agriculture Value Chain Development Assessment (AAVCD) project. At Fintrac, she supported projects in Honduras, Tanzania, and Kenya, conducted in-country M&E and market information training and developed a gender mainstreaming strategy. She also worked at Internews Network, the US Green Chamber of Commerce, and at the EPA’s National Center for Environmental Economics. She has an MBA from IE Business School and bachelor’s degrees in English and Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
