David Keith

David Keith, a Vice President at Tetra Tech, has more than 30 years of consulting and research experience in the energy and electricity fields. In Africa, David has been retained as an expert on energy strategy, energy sector restructuring, electricity privatization, electricity tariff design, and project development. He is manager of Tt’s Clean Energy framework contract with USAID, which provides energy sector technical assistance to USAID-assisted countries worldwide. He has worked on energy sector projects for clients in Malawi, Uganda, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, and for ECOWAS on the formation of the West Africa Power Pool.
