Am a Zambian mail living in Zambia and currently trying to help develop a company that shall be training and acquiring equipment in meat processing in a bid to increase cheaper sources of meat as a protein and also to spear head the quality management concept as tool for reducing trade barriers by helping out firms on consultancy in quality management systems.
