
Christophe Legrand
I am currently the team leader of the GCCA+ support Facility. For the past 20 years, I have been managing large programmes as team leader, covering climate change and sustainable development.
I was born in 1969 in France, hold an MSc degree in Managing Rural Development (Project Planning & Management; Socio-Economics of Rural Livelihoods; Applying Economics in business and development) from the University of London and a DUT in Organisation and Production Management from the ‘Institut Universitaire Technologique’ of Nantes, France.
I have been working in the environmental, humanitarian and development arena since 1993, throughout several countries in both Asia and Africa. I have extensive experience in human development having work as much in policy work as in strategy, or country mission/programme/project management.
