Change management for effective institutions discussion

The Learning Network on Capacity Development is pleased to kick off a month of discussions about effective institutions, leading up to the post-Busan Effective Institutions Building Block meeting at the end of February.  Throughout February we will launch parallel online discussions addressing three aspects of capacity building for effective institutions: change management, coalition building, and measuring results.  The first topic is change management for effective institutions; please read the discussion paper and join the discussion!
