3. Contribute to the financing of major economic infrastructure projects:

• Support the resolution of certain institutional blockages
• Promote cooperation and information sharing between EFIs

4. Contribute to improving financing for private sector development: creation of sustainable jobs in the sectors of creative and cultural industries with a focus on youth.
