• Climate neutral municipalities: Food sovereignty from local systems of sustainable agriculture & Energy sovereignty based on local sources of renewable energy
• National policy and investments frameworks: Strengthening of agriculture; Energy policy; Investment frameworks & Promotion of the private sector potential
• Regional/triangular cooperation: Preparedness and response to natural emergencies & South-South cooperation
