Ratio supply, services, goods in EU or EC procurement

Hello, lost in the forest of statistics and data, I would like to understand a global figure: Out of the total amount of EU or EC external aid. (almost 9 Bilion E/y) how much has been allocated as tenders for services, good and supply on a GLOBAL basis? Any ideas?
