In 2013, the EU launched a new programme on Green Economy in Belarus with the objective of supporting relevant efforts at policy, legislative, institutional and operational levels. The programme also focuses on the promotion of sustainable consumption and production through pilot projects.
Conference will present and discuss first results and experiences of the
Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production demonstration project implemented
by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) under the
EaP GREEN programme supporting the greening of economies in the eastern

France will host the Conference of the Parties (COP 21) in Paris from
November 30 to December 11 to reach an agreement that will put the world on
track to limit global warming to 1.5° or 2° C. Our capacity to feed 9.5
billion people in 2050 in a context of climate change will depend on our
ability to keep our soils alive. France is proposing to take concrete actions
to improve the health of soils by sequestering organic matter . More
