To celebrate World Disability Day (December 3rd) and International Human
Rights Day (December 10th) CBM is pleased to invite you to the Launch Event
on the report “The Economic Costs of Exclusion and Gains of Inclusion of
People with Disabilities”. The main objective of the launch event is to
explore the potential pathways through which exclusion of people with
disabilities may generate economic costs to individuals, their families and
societies at large. Additionally, potential economic gains that may be
realised through inclusion are investigated. This event will be an
opportunity to open a debate about the role of the EU and other international
organisations with regards to political, economic and social participation of
persons with disabilities.

The event will be held in English and International Sign Language. We will
also provide the support of velotype. A light meal will be served before the
event.
