The next Brussels Development Briefing on ‘Realising the Promise of
Agriculture for Africa’s Transformation’ will be held during the morning
of Friday 4 April 2014, at the Egmont Palace in Brussels. This 36th Briefing
is timed to coincide with the 4th Africa-EU Summit, and the panel is being
organised by the ACP-EU Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural
Cooperation (CTA), in collaboration with the European Commission and the AU
The 9th edition of European Development Days 2015 (EDD2015) will take place from 3-4th June at Tour & Taxi, Brussels. Revolutionising data use to feed the planet is the theme of CTA’s lab at the upcoming European EDD 2015.

The outcome of this meeting should be a better understanding of the needs and
constraints of the local agricultural sector and strengthen linkages between
