Report on a DEAR Learning and Development Hub, hosted by Climate Alliance in  2019. This workshop involved 20 representatives of four EC-DEAR projects over a period of two days in Frankfurt. Participants represented eighteen different CSOs and local authorities based in ten EU Member States.
