UNEP's Adaptation Finance Gap Report: Failure to cut emissions will dramatically increase the annual costs of adaptation, which could be up to five times higher by 2050 than previously thought.

The Green Fiscal Policy Network, a joint partnership between UNEP, GIZ and
IMF which aims to facilitate knowledge sharing, learning and dialogue on
fiscal policies to support the inclusive green economy, will organize an
event entitled “Making Paris Happen – The role of fiscal policies for a
low-carbon, inclusive green economy” on Tuesday 31 May. This event will
examine how fiscal policies can support implementation of the Paris Climate
Agreement by raising revenues for green investment and shifting incentives.
