The final event of the 10th European Development Fund (EDF) Caribbean Regional Indicative Programme (CRIP) “Capacity Building Project on Competition, Public Procurement and Customs and Trade Facilitation Project” will take place on the 5th and 6th June 2017 at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad.

But a new tool, called the Rapid Assessment of Capacity, or RAC, has been designed with the intention of being fast, effective and low cost to implement.
