Policy-makers, researchers, civil society groups, and development partners
will gather in Port Vila, Vanuatu next week (31 October – 2 November 2012)
to address the vulnerabilities of Pacific islands in the face of climate
change in a special briefing session organized by the ACP-EU Technical Centre
for Agricultural and Rural Development (CTA), in partnership with the
Government of Vanuatu, with the support of the Embassy of Vanuatu to the EU
and the ACP, and Pacific Group of Ambassadors.

The 30th Brussels Development Briefing will take place on 4th March 2013
(8h30-13h00) on the important issue of Agricultural resilience in the face of
crises and shocks, highlighting proven approaches and successes in key areas
of agriculture and rural development of ACP countries and other parts of the
world.
The event will be organised by CTA in collaboration with the International
Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) based in Washington.
