2.1.11 Coordination and sustainability planning

Evidence sample:  the evaluation indicated the Enterprise Development Units (EDUs), located in each of the governorates, were the conduit through which the project activities were implemented. The EDUs included tasks to coordinate with and strengthen the role of government offices on the project subjects.

Special attention was given to building the capacities of EDU host institutions for the purpose of increasing sustainability.
