Interested in getting support to pursue Technical Cooperation reform in practice? Take advantage of the wide range of learning opportunities that are available for you.

For all EC staff, two-day training sessions on the "New approach to technical cooperation" are offered at HQ level. Coaching on practical cases, brought by participants, is part of these sessions. Check on Syslog for upcoming courses in English or French. Ad hoc coaching sessions are also offered at HQ level.

EC Delegations can get additional in-country and programme specific support through a menu of possible activities which can be flexibly combined:

  • Tailored training and learning/ coaching events (2-3 days) for delegation staff, country and donor partners.
  • Shorter presentations and working sessions (3-4 hours) which can be tailored according to context with EC staff, country stakeholders and other partners.
  • Identification and support to innovative programmes and processes through ad hoc assistance and coaching.
  • Peer support among delegations at regional/ sector level and/ or partner countries, including reviews of mapping and action plans.

For more information on these activities, please contact Laura.MASCAGNA@ec.europa.eu
