European Development Days 2016: Supporting young, innovative farmers and smallholders in Africa

This session will explore the issues of food security, access to land and inclusive business models for supporting smallholder farmers and young innovative farmers in Africa. Participants will discuss the role of public-private partnerships to develop agribusiness value chains that can alleviate poverty, create jobs and lay the groundwork for food security.
