In the context of the forthcoming COP21 and its follow-up, the European Commission jointly with SE4All has organised two regional workshops that will provide technical assistance to cities of Sub-Saharan Africa interested in designing and implementing policies, actions and investments in the field of sustainable energy and access.
The first workshop is taking place in Dakar with representatives from Central and Western Africa cities and countries, city networks, EU cities and other relevant actors.
