The Electrification Financing Initiative (ElectriFI), elaborated jointly with the industry and development financiers, is a flexible tool aiming to support investments providing access to reliable, affordable and sustainable electricity and energy services in developing countries. ElectriFI's goal is to boost investments by making support available throughout the entire process, from the project idea to its successful implementation and scaling up, including services at investments' early phases, as well as at gap-closing stages.
